How to register?

Do you need to provide SociafyQ with your login and password for social sites?

Negative. You do not have to enter any secret user/password information for your social network sites. Your data security is a primary concern.

Is the free version too simple to be helpful?

In no way have we hampered the public version of SociafyQ. It's our believe that the organizations that need this service the most, namely nonprofits and small and medium-sized corporations, won't be able to afford service fees. This service has been designed with them in mind.

That's why the public version provides users with a full range of data tracking, daily updates and widget connections through an accessible, standardized dataset.

What does the paid version include?

Advanced features - multiple channels of data tracking (for competitive analysis), data exports and data alerts - there are available for a very, very reasonable monthly fee.

How do the desktop widgets work?

Desktop data widgets are available to all users, across a variety of platforms including Apple Dashboard, iGoogle, Opera, Windows Live, Windows Vista, and more. Desktop and webtop widgets provide most of the functionality available through the SociafyQ web interface. To install a widget, download the appropriate software and generate an authorization key under "My Account" > "Widgets". Paste this key into the widget, and you're good to go!
